Elite Hospitality Academy guides ambitious individuals into the world of private service, working for the ultra-wealthy in yachting, private residences, and VVIP travel. Through in-depth industry knowledge, a clear step-by-step roadmap, and a personal coaching approach, participants gain the confidence and mindset to get hired in under 90 days.

CONSULTING

I help luxury hospitality brands, boutique travel agencies, and private villas elevate the way they serve VVIP and UHNWI clients. My trainings are designed for teams who operate in high-value environments where excellence, discretion, and precision are non-negotiable.

Each program is built on the core principles that define true luxury service. Understanding the seven distinct profiles of ultra-wealthy clients, from celebrities to old-money families; caring for your staff so they can care for your clients; implementing clear internal systems such as SOPs, inventories, and invoicing; developing fair and motivating tip-distribution structures; ensuring contracts are respected by staff, suppliers, and clients; handling complaints with confidence; and mastering the art of prevention. Because 90% of success comes from preparation and organisation.

These workshops are ideal for concierge services, boutique villas, travel agencies and private estates. For managers, coordinators, and on-site representatives who communicate directly with demanding and influential guests. They are also suited for companies entering the international luxury market or for teams looking to strengthen their soft skills, emotional resilience, and professional presence.

Every collaboration begins with a short questionnaire to understand your company’s needs. Based on your answers, I prepare a tailored program outline and confirm the structure, content, and terms. A week before the training, your team receives a Zoom link, detailed instructions, and a short pre-session task.

Trainings can be held online or in person, in English, Slovenian, or Croatian, and are delivered over two or three intensive days for up to ten participants. Each workshop is interactive, practical, and measurable, with participants receiving a digital handbook, key communication phrases, and the option of continued one-to-one coaching afterwards.
