ABOUT ME
After completing my degree in Business Administration in Tourism, I began my professional career in private yachting in 2012 across the Mediterranean, Seychelles and Persian Gulf. This experience introduced me to the highest levels of service and shaped my understanding of UHNW and VVIP expectations. Over the years, working for royal families, celebrities and entrepreneurs refined my standards and attention to detail.
My transition into private residences and luxury rental properties in Paris, Saint-Tropez, the Swiss Alps and Greece deepened my focus on structure, systems and team operations. I genuinely enjoy bringing clarity, clear processes and calm into complex environments. Seeing well-trained teams happy at work, owners confident in their operations and guests leaving truly satisfied is what makes this work meaningful to me.
COACHING
I work with luxury hospitality professionals who want to enter private service industry (yachting and high-end residences) or professionals with years of experience wanting to reposition themselves better.
Through an intensive four-week personalised coaching process, with clear structure (and lots of homework), I help you become visible, trusted and confident, so the right contracts and opportunities start coming to you.
CONSULTING
I consult owners of high-end villas, residences and chalets who want to position their properties as trusted full buyout destinations for UHNW and VVIP clients.
My work focuses on building strong operational foundations through clear systems, staff training, documentation and financial structure. I help owners create calm, well-run environments where service feels effortless and standards are consistent.
This includes structuring teams, defining workflows, improving efficiency and strengthening relationships with agencies.
I work hands-on, both on-site and remotely, and with a limited number of properties to ensure focus, discretion and long-term operational stability.
