These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of digital products, services, and content provided by Potovanja in delo v tujini, Mayita, Maja Novak s.p., Finžgarjeva 1a, 4260 Bled, Slovenia (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or accessing our products or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Elite Hospitality Academy is a digital education platform helping individuals launch careers in luxury hospitality and private service (e.g. yachts, villas, VVIP travel).

2. Eligibility

Minors may access free content (e.g. TikToks, free quiz, newsletters), but purchases must be made by an adult or with guardian consent.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Our Products
We offer the following products and services:

Starter Guide PDF (€47) – digital roadmap for entering the industry

Masterclass: The Elite Method™ (€297) – online training course with a job-getting system

1:1 Coaching (€2997) – personalised support and accountability

Business Consulting – tailored advice and strategy for businesses in the luxury hospitality space. Prices vary depending on the scope of the project and are agreed individually by contract.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€).
Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g. Systeme.io, Stripe or others).
For Business Consulting, pricing is custom and agreed in writing before any work begins. A formal proposal and invoice will be issued.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Taxes or fees may apply depending on your location.
5. Refund Policy

Starter Guide (PDF): Non-refundable.

Masterclass: Refund available only if you have:

Completed every step of the course, AND
-
Can provide evidence (e.g. LinkedIn posts, job applications, dockwalking photos), AND

Request the refund within 60 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to assess whether the refund criteria are met.

1:1 Coaching: Non-refundable, as this is a personalised service.

Business Consulting: Custom consulting projects are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in your individual contract.
6. Use of Materials
All digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:

Share your login or access with others

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content

Sell or republish any part of the materials

Business clients may receive custom materials or templates. These are also:

For internal business use only

May not be shared, resold, or redistributed outside of the client’s organisation

Remain the intellectual property of Maja Novak s.p., unless otherwise agreed in writing

Violation of this may result in termination of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content — including videos, guides, emails, templates, branding, and the “Elite Method™” system — is the intellectual property of Maja Novak s.p.
You do not gain any ownership rights by purchasing or accessing our products.
8. Testimonials & User Content
We may use screenshots of positive feedback or testimonials for promotional purposes.
No names or identifying information will be shared.
If you prefer not to have your testimonial featured (even anonymously), please let us know by email.
9. Data & Privacy
We collect and process the following personal data:

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Slovenia, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.
